Womens Vocational Training

Empowering Women through Skills

At Manjula Cultural Trust, we believe that empowerment begins when women have the skills, confidence, and opportunities to earn and make their own decisions. Many women in rural and marginalized areas have great potential but lack access to structured training that can transform their lives. Our vocational programs bridge this gap by offering practical, hands-on learning that prepares women for real income-generating opportunities.

We match each woman’s interests with relevant skills, provide guidance from experienced trainers, and offer continuous support as they step into employment or start their own small businesses. By promoting economic self-reliance, we not only change individual lives but also uplift entire families and communities, creating role models who inspire others and contribute to long-term social change.

Training Areas
Our vocational training covers tailoring, handicrafts, food processing, organic farming, and small-scale entrepreneurship, blending traditional skills with modern opportunities. Each program is tailored to community needs, ensuring women gain market-relevant abilities that open doors to employment or self-employment while preserving cultural heritage.
Our Impact
Through these initiatives, hundreds of women in Chittoor and Tirupati districts have improved their livelihoods, started small businesses, and strengthened their families’ financial stability. The program not only increases household income but also builds confidence, leadership, and social participation, creating lasting change in rural communities.
